My stay at Novotel London West was quite the mixed bag. The staff were truly welcoming and eager to assist, making me feel valued. However, my room left much to be desired as it seemed quite dated and in need of some attention. Additionally, the breakfast experience was disappointing, falling short of the quality I expected given the hotel's reputation.
